Apowersoft Screen Recorder App Reviews

The app itself works well. Its easy to use and has the finctionality I require ie. record the screen, see the pointer etc. Some issues that I’ve ecountered are that the file sizes are very large. A 1 hour recording is more than 3GBs. Also the ability to record the system sound by installing the Virtual Sound Card was nice expect that it doesn’t work anymore. Not sure if it has anything to do with the new iOS but regardless after attempts to reinstall the app and the sound card it still doesn’t work, only recording the mic works. Another issue stems from when the virtual sound card did work. If you want to use headphones you have to make sure to open the app AFTER the head phones are plugged in. Otherwise you can either only get sound in your headphones or sound in your recording, not both. Closing then opening the app works to fix the issue but is kind of odd.

Wonderful software, great deisgn. I have a complex audio setup with a DAC - and it was great to be able to select the audio output channel as the source. The program is strightforward, and works as expected while being instantly understandable. Great.

Does not record consistantly. Will go in and out when recording.

This is a diaster to use this app. It always clapsed, and sometimes suspended without any notice. When you finished your recording, you will find the recording just stoped on the second minute. I was so disappointed.

I love this app it works like a charm i use it a lot!! I have been searching for a free screen recorder for so long and know i have one!! I would definetly recomend this for a starter on youtube or any website!! :DD i love this app so much and i definetly reccomend it to everyone!!!

It keeps putting in popups and annoying htins and doesn’t do what it says it’s supposed to. Do. Not. Download.

Its a really good screen recorder but it has a problem with not saving the videos you make. I made a 15 minute Terraria gameplay video and it DID NOT SAVE!

I just had to play around with the sound settings to get it to work. In system preferences I changed it from internal speakers to system sound and also on Apowersoft too.

It only records for 30 minutes witch can be very irritating if you want to record a movie for instance...
